To function as a DCDPβ Butchery for the Calo Kitchen, working alongside Senior Chefs and the Butchery team on tasks related to meat preparation, portioning, storage, quality control, safety, and sanitation. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to support the efficient operation of the butchery section while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
