Daytime Hospitalist - MedStar Washington Hospital Center
We are seeking a Daytime Hospitalist to join our Hospital Medicine team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.
General Summary of Position
Provides internal medicine care 12 hours per day 7 days per week in all areas of the hospital including but not limited to management of inpatient referrals from primary care physicians (PCP) and the Primary Care Center (PCC) Emergency Department (ED) admissions and consultations inpatient internal medicine care and inpatient medical consultation on other adult patients. Participates as a faculty member in the Internal Medicine Residency program (Residency) and in programs and initiatives that improves.
