· How do you determine when to use a form versus an automated workflow?
· What challenges have you faced maintaining workflows over time as business needs changed?
Security
· How do you design Dayforce security roles to support segregation of duties?
· Can you give an example of a security setup that prevented a payroll or compliance issue?
Ownership Check
· If a new policy request comes in, how do you assess impact across pay, attendance, workflows, and security before configuring?
