**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment.
+ Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
+ Partner with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive equipment reliability.
+ Guide and support maintenance personnel through coaching, task planning, and technical assistance.
