This is a fixed term contract circa 6 months but might be extended – immediate start! The nearest stations are Gallions Reach or Beckton DLR stations. This is a busy active Concierge role working at a large multiple block residential development who are in need of someone dynamic and versatile to take on not only the usual front of house concierge role including key and parcel management, security checks and access control, general administration and fire prevention checking and recording, but also take part in the refuse and recycling rounds. Candidates need only apply if they have a full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year to be able to be trained on using a refuse container tug vehicle to move large heavy bins for the regular council collections 3 times per week as it is a large residential estate.
