We are seeking passionate and resilient Coaches (Residential Support Workers) to join our Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Homes in Ninfield.

As a Coach, you will play a vital role in creating a therapeutic, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel understood, supported and cared for.
