Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot all hardware and related problems.
• Perform basic OS troubleshooting and basic configuration troubleshooting.
• Perform hardware replacement to support repair actions.
• Perform storage media (HDD, SSD, etc.) sanitization and destruction tasks.
