We are seeking a hands‑on Databricks Workspace Administrator to own and operate our Databricks platform at scale. This role is responsible for workspace governance, catalog and identity management, and direct engagement with tenant teams to enable analytics, AI, and Generative AI workloads safely and efficiently.

This role is not a pure infrastructure or ticket‑based admin role. It sits at the intersection of platform engineering, governance, and tenant enablement, ensuring Databricks workspaces are secure, well‑structured, and easy for teams to onboard and scale.

Secondary work, if primary tasks are complete, includes high‑level admin tasks such as fine‑detailed monitoring and alerting dashboards/pipelines that benefit all tenants. Examples include setting up alerting on app usage metrics, LLM rate limits/token usage, and dashboards on inference tables for anomaly/drift detection.
