Key Qualifications
13+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years hands on experience in Azure database migrations across SQL Server and open source/enterprise databases.
Proven experience technically guiding, managing, and governing migration teams in a factory or wave based delivery model. Willing to provide 24×7 support and work in rotational shifts as and when required.

Database Landscape Assessment & Solutioning
Strong understanding of customer database landscapes across:
Microsoft SQL Server (200x–2022)
Oracle
PostgreSQL
MySQL
Sybase ASE / Sybase IQ
Cosmos DB (NoSQL)
Ability to analyze source environments, identify migration blockers, and recommend target Azure services (SQL MI, SQL DB, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, MySQL Flexible Server, Cosmos DB APIs, etc.).
Azure Database Migration Expertise
Hands on experience migrating SQL Server and OSS databases from on premises or other clouds to Azure using:
