The Challenge: Your Role as a Manager

• Strategy & Definition: Lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and procedures in close collaboration with clients.
• Data Culture: Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.
• Control & Visibility: Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.

Requirements

• +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.
• Mastery of frameworks such as DAMA and experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies and operating models.
• Hands‑on experience with leading tools (Truedat, Collibra, Anjana, Informatica or Purview).
