Functional Responsibility: The Data Support Specialist will support will work closely with their teammates and the NSF Program staff to input critical data into NSF systems and databases to assign proposals to ad hoc reviewers and panels, to disseminate passwords and travel orders to confirmed panelists and to process proposals electronically in support of the overall NSF peer review process. Coordinate with TIP Data team and operations staff to ensure database systems essential to the management and tracking of the TIP programs are updated and maintained in a timely manner to ensure availability and currency of data for analysis and reporting; and develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for all E-Business support activities.
