About the Role

The Solution Architect is the subject matter expert behind architectural decisions for the team and a key driver of the technical vision. This role partners closely with technical and business stakeholders to achieve organizational goals by delivering agile, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

The Solution Architect values simplicity, challenges technical constraints, and collaborates with the team to design modular architectures that can easily adapt to future changes. In partnership with Technical Leaders, this role drives engineering best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment, while also mentoring team members and removing technical roadblocks.
