• In this role, you will be working with the IAM Data services team making sure ACL data from all the applications are delivered daily, fix issues in the data by liaising with Application RTB teams. Work with application support and the IAM team to find the account owners.
• Report all risk events/incidents/issues immediately upon discovery and escalate significant events/incidents/issues using the defined process.
• Candidates should have the ability to make decisions during major incidents, outages on matters related to service degradation and managing communications to impacted stakeholders. Be able to supplement with a rationale for decisions taken.
• Candidate should have hands-on Experience in database technology like Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database.
• Strong Knowledge of Oracle database infrastructure.
• Familiarity with reading Query Execution Plans to evaluate and improve the performance characteristics of SQL and ETL processes.
