Position Overview
POSITION 4: Data, Reporting & Compliance Manager
JD for Recruitment:
Builds and maintains State-accessible dashboards tracking apprentice pipeline from enrollment through active participation, completion, placement, and retention - by county, role, and employer
Submits monthly and quarterly program reports using CMS-approved templates
Manages integration of all workforce, training, and placement data into WV Connected Care Grid Data Spine
Tracks and reports all required baseline metrics including cost per apprentice, wage levels, vacancy rate changes, and private sector match
Establishes longitudinal tracking systems for 1-year and 3-year post-completion retention reporting
Supports quarterly financial reporting and annual audit preparation
