**Job Purpose and Impact**

Data Process Lead ensures the accuracy, security and effective use of the organization's moderately complex data. With limited supervision, this job supports the development and implements policies, handles data quality and ensures compliance with regulations. This job also helps design data architecture, cultivates data literacy and partners with technology team and business units to support better decision making, operational efficiency and strategic advantage for the organization.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Serve as primary liaison for all data migration activities, from profiling to validation.
+ Analyze legacy data to identify gaps, enrich datasets, and establish robust data mapping rules aligned with S/4HANA models.
+ Host and facilitate ‌cross-functional data workshops‌ to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and align stakeholders on data standards.
