As a Data Platform Engineer, you will help design, support, and evolve the data infrastructure that enables large scale environmental research for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, database systems, and cloud operations, focused on ensuring that critical environmental data is reliably ingested, transformed, and delivered across modern cloud and hybrid environments. You will work closely with federal stakeholders and technical teams to translate data orchestration needs into scalable, automated solutions.
