What the day will look like
The Operation Analyst will work with the consultant on business operation and delivery client services during commercial process.

+ Manage client relationship database, to ensure the client information is accurate and complete; Manage client user account and access of platform.

+ Manage the process of contracting, and make sure all the clients' contracts are signed, recorded and archived.

+ Work closely with finance team and other stakeholders to ensure related financial process (e.g., revenue recognition, invoicing) is being followed, in-time and accurately.
