Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and enforces data governance policies aligned with IT4IT value streams. Works independently on specific governance projects to ensure organizational alignment and data integrity.
• Develop Data Standards and data models for critical IT data entities across the IT4IT value streams. Diagnose root cause of poor data quality in IT operations. Implement proactive data quality frameworks following Enterprise Data Strategy guidelines.
