Are you our new Data Analyst?

As a Data Analyst, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that shape customer experience and loyalty at Norwegian.

You’ll join the Product & Customer Experience team within the Commercial division, influencing the customer journey, ancillary products, and the development and performance of our award‑winning loyalty program, Norwegian Reward. You’ll also collaborate closely with partners like Spenn, working with partner‑driven data and innovation.

In this role, you’ll analyze complex datasets, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into clear dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that support data‑driven decisions.

We’re looking for a proactive, self‑driven individual with strong analytical skills, an interest in data modeling, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
