Responsible for monitoring, encoding, organizing, and maintaining accurate company data and

records. Ensures timely submission of reports, proper documentation, and data accuracy for daily operations.



Qualifications:

- Graduate of any Business, IT, Computer, or related course

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications

- Fast and accurate in encoding and data processing

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Able to handle large volume of data with accuracy

- Knowledge in report preparation and inventory/data monitoring is an advantage

- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information

- Willing to render overtime if needed

- Can work with minimal supervision and has good coordination skills
