We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help maintain accurate and organized databases for our clients.
- Enter and update data accurately across multiple platforms
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Generate reports and summaries as needed
- Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies
Required Skills
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data management
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of data cleaning techniques
- Experience with automation tools
