This role is responsible for entering, updating and maintaining information in company systems, verifying data for accuracy and supporting administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Enter, update and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets and software systems.
+ Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entering information.
+ Verify, correct and audit data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
+ Organize and maintain electronic and paper records as needed.
+ Generate routine reports and assist with data tracking.
+ Respond to internal requests for information and provide administrative support as needed.
