Position Overview
Responsibilities - Perform large-scale data cleansing activities to identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate or outdated customer records.
- Update and correct customer information across multiple systems in accordance with established data standards.
- Notify customers via SMS/Email/Call for the update of customer information if required as part of the data cleansing process.
- Adhere to defined turnaround times and productivity benchmarks when handling high data volumes.
- Validate customer data by cross-checking system records against supporting documents such as application forms, identification documents, etc.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by reviewing source documents and coordinating with relevant teams when clarification is required.
