Description
Robert Half is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for a fast-paced operations team in Oceanside. This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Input high volumes of data into company systems
+ Audit and validate information for completeness and accuracy
+ Organize and maintain records and documentation
+ Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
+ Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Requirements
+ 1–2 years of data entry or clerical experience
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
+ Comfortable working with repetitive tasks
Systems:
+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
+ Experience with internal databases or ERP systems preferred
