Position Overview
Responsibilities - Accurately input and maintain employee data in HR systems ensuring data integrity for payroll and benefits administration
- Process new hire documentation and onboarding procedures verifying eligibility and compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage and update employee records including personal information, job changes and leave requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover and compliance metrics providing insights for strategic decision‑making
Qualifications - Hold a any Bachelor's degree

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor law and employment regulations
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
