This role focuses primarily on entering invoices and data into QuickBooks Online and maintaining accurate vendor records. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of data.

Responsibilities:

Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online accurately and timely

Verify invoice details by comparing to original documents

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

Assist with basic accounts payable tasks and data tracking
