Description - Lead and manage a cross‑functional team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable data platforms using AWS, Azure, Fabric, and Databricks.
- Build relational data models and semantic layers to support AI/ML applications and self‑serve analytics.
- Design and develop data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional models using Star/Snowflake schemas.
- Drive continuous improvements in data architecture, modelling, and performance optimization.
- Establish and enforce data governance practices including documentation, data lineage, quality checks, metadata management, and access controls.
