Data & AI Talent Acquisition role at Talent-R for a Data Engineer focused on building end-to-end data pipelines to support AI-driven marketing. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site). Salary: Up to 55k + performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP , dbt , and Airbyte
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements
• Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms
• Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements
• Support ML model deployment and maintenance
