Job Description
Own and manage end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to Enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) and Fabric Lakehouse / SQL DWH.
Ensure robust ETL/ELT frameworks , data quality checks, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
Drive automation of daily, monthly, and regulatory MIS , including IRDA and IIB reports.
Ensure adherence to data governance, audit, and compliance standards required for Life Insurance.
Lead design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards for:
Management & leadership reporting
Sales, Agency, Bancassurance, RRB, Credit Life
Operations, Renewals, Issuance, Claims, HR
Implement semantic models , optimized DAX, and reusable datasets.
Enable one-click regulatory and management reporting and embed dashboards across platforms.
Drive migration from legacy reporting (SSRS / Excel-based MIS) to Power BI on Fabric.
Manage and mentor a team of MIS Developers / BI Analysts.
