The Data Analyst will manage and maintain waitlist data for more than 30 properties, ensuring that large data sets are accurate, consistent, and properly aligned with the organization’s internal systems. This position plays a critical role in keeping housing waitlists current, reliable, and ready for timely decision-making.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and maintain waitlist data for a portfolio of more than 30 housing properties.

+ Validate large data sets related to the waitlist population to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Prepare and format data for import into the internal housing management system.

+ Compare data from Excel spreadsheets to records in the internal system and reconcile any discrepancies.
