+ End-to-end hands-on experience with large scale data migrations / ETL processes from legacy to modern systems, including design, data mapping, development, validation, and implementation.

+ Working with complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong technical background of database management, development, and migration including SQL server, SSIS, SQL, Stored Procedures.

+ Experience with Excel, as well as ETL tools and techniques. Attention to detail, proficiency in both written and verbal communications.

+ Experience with the following is desired: Mainframe applications development and support, including Integrated Database Management System (IDMS) databases, and COBOL including batch and online development.
