Role Overview

Fixed term part‑time (37.5 Guaranteed Minimum Hours per fortnight) based in Kawerau / Whakatane. The role involves frequent walking and driving, travel to field sites, and working primarily face‑to‑face with respondents, with occasional phone and email work.

Responsibilities

• Work in frontline teams to build relationships with communities.
• Collect data from respondents through their preferred channels.
• Deliver a positive, trusted and seamless respondent experience.
• Engage with communities and households across varied days and hours, including mornings, afternoons/early evenings, and weekends.
• Perform field‑based work, managing frequent walking and driving.
• Work remotely and self‑manage, requiring reliable internet, a full NZ driver’s licence, and a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
