**What you’ll do**:
This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in : Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden or Norway. Extensive travel within Europe will be required.
**Responsibilties**:
- Drive the business unit's growth targets and implementing the segment strategy
- Leading a team of 6 Application Engineers and Business Developers
- Align EMEA segment strategies within the global segment strategies by actively representing the business unit in working groups with Electrical Sector management
- Lead marketing initiatives and guide segment sales and CSOs to drive market expansion
