Oversee day-to-day data centre operations, ensuring high uptime and service availability. Manage critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and BMS. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and capacity expansion. Monitor capacity utilisation, optimise energy efficiency, and control operational costs. Handle incident management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service delivery. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
