Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data centre engineers and technicians, ensuring effective 24/7 operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day data centre operations, ensuring high uptime and service availability.
• Manage critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and BMS.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Monitor capacity utilisation, optimise energy efficiency, and control operational costs.
• Handle incident management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service delivery.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
