Our client is looking for a senior architect for their their global data centre projects to be based in Singapore.

They are growing fast globally and have the management team, solutions and funding to continue such growth.

You must have architectural experience in data centers for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Master Planning – Produce conceptual site layouts, massing studies, and client-facing visual assets for RFP responses. Work with commercial teams to articulate spatial value.
• Architectural Design & Space Optimisation – Lead building envelope design, internal circulation, and vertical transport. Calculate gross and construction floor areas, assess site constraints, and provide high-level civil/structural inputs for early cost planning.
