What the role is:

Reporting to Principal Manager, this role supports the planning, coordination and execution of Data and AI capability‑building programmes during the SSG–WSG merger transition.

What you will be working on:

• You will support the end‑to‑end delivery of Data and AI capability programmes by: Planning and coordinating Data and AI capability‑building programmes (e.g. data bootcamps, learning events and community sessions)
• Managing event operations including participant registration, communications, vendors and logistics
• Supporting community outreach activities to build a shared Data and AI culture across the merged organisation and CET sector
• Coordinating trainers, facilitators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Developing engagement materials (e.g. communications, briefings, FAQs) to support awareness and adoption
