Position Summary

The Switchgear Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across the switchgear assembly operations. This role owns the collection, analysis, and visualization of Switchgear performance data, including throughput, utilization/downtimes, reworks, labor efficiency, and capacity. The analyst partners closely with the Director of Switchgear, Operations Managers, quality team and the Switchgear Engineering team to support process implementation, standardization, and control. This role ensures that daily data are translated into actionable insights that drive throughput, cost reduction, and continuous improvement in a timely manner.
