As an Data Analyst, you will support the financial performance, reporting, and operational effectiveness of our Aftersales business. This role plays a key part in driving profitability, supporting projects and initiatives, and ensuring strong inter‑department collaboration.

• Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.
• Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.
