Position Overview
Job Summary
Maintains accountability for managing software/data needs and technical services for the Facility Operations department in collaboration with the Digital Services (DS) staff. Performs the initial analysis of data, develops customized reports to facilitate meaningful interpretation of the data and provides education support to users.
Essential Functions
+ Collects, compiles, and prepares data for analysis and develops databases that facilitate tracking of data. Manipulates data output to develop unique reports to meet special requests and reviews reports / data to determine accuracy.
+ Assesses the educational needs of others related to area of accountability and coordinates/implements appropriate teaching strategies or makes appropriate referrals. Develops and implements policies, procedures and protocols related to computer management systems.
