You define and continuously improve sales KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring relevance, clarity, and adoption by sales teams.
You enable sales teams by training and supporting them on dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools, driving adoption and impact.
You enalyse funnel performance and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and growth opportunities.
You support the execution of data-driven sales and revenue campaigns, from segmentation and targeting to performance tracking and optimisation.
