The Sr. Finance Data Analyst will help lead the development and delivery of advanced analytics that enable stronger financial and commercial decision‑making across Encore. This role plays a critical part in transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights through compelling analysis, visualization, and data storytelling. The Sr. Finance Data Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify trends, surface opportunities, and influence strategy. Success in this role requires not only strong technical expertise, but also the ability to translate data into narratives that resonate with business leaders and drive informed action.
