Position Overview
Provide analytics support to the global Marketing organization, with a focus on understanding and improving the endβtoβend guest experience across our hotel portfolio.
**Your day to day**
+ Analyze guest, marketing, and hotel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
+ Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that make insights easy to understand and act on
+ Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from multiple sources
+ Partner with stakeholders across marketing, brands, regional operations, business intelligence & data engineering teams to develop reporting & insights
+ Translate analytical findings into clear, concise stories for business audiences
+ Support adβhoc analysis requests and help prioritize based on business impact
+ Continuously refine metrics, definitions, and methodologies to improve data quality and consistency
