Hoffman Construction is looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Data Analyst to join our expanding Data team. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling data-driven decisions by gathering, analyzing, and translating complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that support project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams to develop meaningful reports and visualizations, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective collection and cleansing practices.

The ideal candidate is comfortable automating workflows and leveraging advanced analytical techniques, including Python programming, machine learning (ML), and emerging Generative AI tools.
