We are seeking a Data Analyst Associate to support our recruiting and client services team by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking system and internal tracking tools.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and committed to data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update candidate, project, and opportunity data in the applicant tracking system
• Maintain accurate records for roles, rates, timelines, client details, and project status
• Update project activity such as bids, interviews, reference checks, and confirmations
• Track and update spreadsheets and internal data trackers
• Ensure consistency and accuracy between spreadsheets and the applicant tracking system
