Position Overview
Summary
The Data & Reporting Analyst partners directly with the Sr Technical Program Manager to design, deliver, and operationalize enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions supporting Unified Support experience programs.
This role acts as a primary backup and execution partner for all data, reporting, and survey analytics workflows-ensuring continuity, scalability, and decision-grade insights across proactive and reactive support programs. This role will also support other programs when prioritized doing the same type of work as noted here.
The position requires deep expertise in data modeling, survey analytics, reporting systems, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on enabling business decision makers through high-quality, actionable insights.
