To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline (or equivalent experience in numeracy-dependent work roles) 2. Experience of extracting, manipulating, combining, transforming and analysing data from a range of sources 3. Experience of presenting data for a variety of audiences, including translation of complex technical data for non-specialist stakeholders 4. Strength in data literacy and understanding of key data concepts, including data protection, data quality and the limitations of available data 5. Excellent software skills – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including use of macros and Visual Basic for Applications, and able to visualise data using business intelligence tools, e.g. PowerBI and Power Automate. 6.
