Role Description

As a DAO Expert at SYNAPSEBIZ , you will design, implement, and refine decentralized governance frameworks that align with organizational, community, and product objectives. You will be responsible for creating and documenting DAO structures, governance policies, voting mechanisms, proposal lifecycles, treasury management models, participation incentives, and accountability processes that are transparent, secure, and sustainable.

Day-to-day, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, researchers, legal advisors, and community stakeholders to translate governance requirements into technical specifications, operational workflows, and smart contract requirements. You will evaluate governance effectiveness through on-chain and off-chain analytics, assess participation and treasury performance, identify governance risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen decentralization while maintaining operational efficiency.
