We are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across Lambeth.

Job Details:

Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)

Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Ongoing

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing properties

Carry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasks
