Position Summary
The Dairy Supervisor is responsible for leading and maintaining the daily operations of the dairy department. This role ensures product availability, freshness, food safety compliance, and an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities Department Operations
Oversee daily dairy department operations including stocking, rotation, inventory control, and merchandising Ensure all products meet company standards for freshness, quality, and proper dating Maintain attractive, full, and well-organized displays that align with company merchandising plans Monitor and adjust orders to meet sales demand while minimizing shrink Leadership & Team Development
Supervise, train, and coach dairy clerks to ensure strong performance and engagement Assign daily tasks and ensure completion of all operational priorities
